The Office of Grants and Research (OGR), KNUST, invites researchers to apply for the Ella and Georg Ehrnrooth Foundation Grants. The Foundation provides funding to support high-quality research in the natural sciences, social sciences, and the humanities, with an emphasis on advancing scientific knowledge and innovation across eligible disciplines.

Grant Amount: €32,000 – €36,000

Eligibility:
Open to researchers from academic institutions, commercial organizations, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Applications are accepted from graduate students, early-career researchers, and established researchers.

Please note: The Foundation does not support research in medical and health sciences, technical sciences, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (including biochemistry).

About the Grant:
The Ella and Georg Ehrnrooth Foundation promotes scientific research by funding projects that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in agriculture, environmental science, biosciences, social sciences, and the humanities. The programme seeks to support researchers undertaking high-quality, impactful work in these fields while excluding proposals in medical and health sciences, technical sciences, mathematics, physics, and chemistry (including biochemistry).
