The Office of Grants and Research (OGR), KNUST, invites the university community to apply for the HORIZON-JU-GH-EDCTP3-2026-03 – Digital Health for Sub-Saharan Africa call, funded by the Horizon Europe Global Health EDCTP3 Joint Undertaking. The programme supports collaborative actions that strengthen digital health systems and capacity across sub-Saharan Africa through the adoption and scaling of innovative digital health solutions.

Eligibility

  • Consortia must include at least three independent legal entities from different countries.
  • The consortium must include at least one legal entity from an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country that is an EDCTP Association member.
  • The consortium must also include at least one legal entity from a sub-Saharan African EDCTP Association member country, including Ghana.
  • The project coordinator must be based in an EU Member State, an Associated Country, or South Africa. Where the coordinator is not based in sub-Saharan Africa, a Scientific Project Leader from sub-Saharan Africa must be designated.

Application Process

Applicants should prepare and submit their proposals through the Horizon Europe Funding & Tenders Portal before the application deadline.
