The Office of Grants and Research (OGR), KNUST, invites the university community to apply for the AI-BOOST AI Challenge Competition, funded under the Horizon Europe AI-BOOST project. The competition supports the development of innovative Generative AI solutions for healthcare and autonomous vehicle safety through a two-phase funding programme.

  • €28,500 for each SPARK Phase winner (five winners per challenge)
  • €100,000 for the final ADVANCE Phase winner (one winner per challenge)

Application Process

Applicants should prepare and submit their proposals through the Horizon Europe Funding & Tenders Portal before the application deadline. Successful applicants in the SPARK Phase will receive funding and mentorship before progressing to the ADVANCE Phase, where final winners will compete for additional funding.
